Service description

Practivo provides a workspace for teams and firms to manage clients, collect documents, assign tasks, and store files via Google Drive integration.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

Acceptable use

You may not use Practivo to upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with platform operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Data storage

Documents are stored in the workspace's connected Google Drive. Practivo is not responsible for data loss resulting from Drive account issues, disconnections, or third-party service outages.

Limitation of liability

Practivo is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
